Be wise, my friend, amid the battle-zone,
But open eyes: you do not stand alone.
The Lord's at work while we can merely rest,
Put on His Shoulders all your cares. The test
Shall pass when He is seen while in the pain
For Christ once suffered loss; through faith we gain
The strength to stand against all foes. Our Friend:
